Star996 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and star996 ("Platform", "We", or "star996"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, promotions, and content made available through the star996 website.

By registering a new account, making a deposit or using any feature on the platform, you expressly consent to all terms contained in this document, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form an integral part of this Agreement.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or eWallet registered in the member's name. star996 is not responsible for any delays caused by the member's bank or third-party payment platforms.

Star996 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and conduct additional checks if suspicious activity, signs of fraud, bonus abuse, or other violations of our terms are detected. In such cases, our support team will reach out to you for further verification.

Star996 offers a wide range of bonuses for both new and existing members, including a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, VIP rewards, and other periodic promotions. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) specified for each promotion.

Wagering requirements mean you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a RM50 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager RM1,000 (RM50 × 20) before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonus wagering requirements must be met within the specified time frame (typically 7–30 days depending on the promotion).

Star996 shall not be liable for:

Star996's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, all remaining balances (including cash and bonuses) may be forfeited. If termination occurs for other reasons (e.g. at your own request), any valid cash balance will be returned to your registered payment method once the review is complete.

You may also close your star996 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where star996 it is registered and licensed. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration by an arbitration body mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact the star996 support team and allow a reasonable opportunity (no less than 30 days) to resolve the dispute internally. star996 prioritises fair and amicable resolutions for all our members.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this agreement and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.
